Quality performance of electrophoretic powder coating products

    Aluminum anodized electrophoretic spraying composite film has many advantages. Firstly, the thickness of the electrophoretic spraying paint film is very uniform and easy to control accurately. At the same time, it can cover surfaces that are difficult to achieve by electrostatic spraying, which is completely different from electrostatic spraying film and the aluminium profile show obvious advantages.

     In addition, as the bottom layer of the electrophoretic paint film, the aluminum anodized film basically does not have the problem of filamentous corrosion under the film in terms of aluminium construction profiles performance, which is the biggest advantage of the composite film. The results of a long-term aluminum extrusion profile atmospheric corrosion test show that the electrophoretic powder coating film has tested its salt alkali resistance and nitric acid resistance, but no corrosion problems have occurred.

     Not only did it all pass the performance test, but it is also significantly outperformed the ordinary sealed anodized film.  The gloss retention rate of the 5-year atmospheric exposure corrosion test shows that the electrophoretic coating film can be comparable to the fluorocarbon powder coating film,significantly superior to the  performance of powder coating and anodized sealing film.
