Overview of adhesion of anodized film and polymer coating

    The surface adhesion of aluminium profiles is mainly a performance requirement for polymer coatings.It is obvious that adhesion is a crucial performance indicator for Aluminium construction profiles coatings. If adhesion is poor, the coating is prone to detachment, which will inevitably affect the performance of Aluminum extrusion profile.

     There are many factors that affect the adhesion of coatings in actual production, such as incomplete substrate pretreatment and cleaning, which is one of the most common reasons in actual production; Unqualified pre-treatment, insufficient drying of water on the substrate before powder coating, powdering of the anodization film during the production of electrophoretic products,high washing temperature, and long washing time can all affect the adhesion of the coating.
